Luxe Isle Style News...

We never rest on doing more of the same. This year I decided to make a huge change to my swim week plans and create my own show.  As a creative person who has worked in production for more than 20 years, it was time for me to take the reins and create my vision without borders.  I hope you'll come cheer us on as we embark on an exciting new era at the end of Miami Swim Week 22!

How did I ever predict this?  Last year's Swim Week Show Flora & Fauna SS20 was ALL about florals and animal prints - 2 of my favorite looks rolled into one big fabulous style.  How exciting to hear that Tim Flannery, Head of Photography and Style at Neiman Marcus seems to agree!  Take a look at these gorgeous LUXE looks for SS20 by Versace and Dolce and Gabana! xo Mali

And the show must go on!

It was a hot and steamy Summer Saturday on South Beach for Swim Week and all the models were a buzz.  Hair and makeup teams were ready and the girls were getting glam for biggest event of the year, SWIM WEEK!  The guest lists were completed, outfits and models chosen and ready when BOOM! Lights out for a whole 24 hours. We were to open the show at 7 so we waited (and waited) and got really glowy but not the kind you dream about if you know what I mean.  Finally around 9pm they decided to call it off until tomorrow.  Packing up all of the suits and coverups, shoes and accessories was a challenge in the dark.  More so was carrying everything down 6 flights of stairs in the dark to load my car.  How I got ready for the after party I have no idea but we had a BALL!  So here we go again on Sunday.....wheeeeee.  Lost a few of our models but found other girls who were willing and able and I think we hit a home run.  What do you think?
