Standard shipping to any continental US address is FREE for orders over $50 and up to 3 pounds. Multiple item shipping (>3 lbs.) will be determined by weight as some tunics are more heavy than others due to beading and crystal details.

We ship USPS Mail and most items ship within 24 hours of order placement and typically arrive within 3-7 days in the Continental US during non - holiday times.

Due to the nature of our business our inventory changes frequently.  Our unique merchandise is crafted with love and made by hand in India, Australia or Bali so shipping can be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. If your item is on back order, we will alert you within 24 hours and provide an estimated date of arrival and shipping.

    International Customers:

    • We recommend Priority Mail Express International Shipping (3-5 business days in most areas) which is the safest & fastest option that includes tracking & insurance.  $85 for up to 4 pounds. We also offer:
    • Priority Mail International Shipping (6-10 business days in most areas) however; this does not include tracking & insurance. $60 for up to 4 pounds.
    • Priority Mail International Shipping $30 (non-Express) The US Postal Service does not provide a specific delivery date however; most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks unless they are stopped at customs. Luxe Isle can not be responsible for any loss or damage to packages once they have left US territory under the care of the USPS.

    All International orders are priced in US dollars and shipped via USPS International. The USPS works in conjunction with local postal services around the world to deliver packages to their final destination. While many packages make it to their final destination without issues, we are not responsible once the package lands in the destination country as we do not have any jurisdiction over international countries and their postal systems. Should any issues arise after the package has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation. The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. While many orders make it through customs without issues, the customs agency in your country may require you to pay fees before receiving your package. It is the recipient's responsibility to check with their country's Customs Office to verify any fees as we are unable to provide the recipient with the exact amount of the charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your Customs Office, as we cannot advise you about your country's customs policies.  


    Return Policy:

    Returns are only available for orders delivered in the United States. 

    Item(s) purchased from must be returned at the customer's expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in order to receive a refund.

    A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charge with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.


    Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund. If we receive a returned sale or discounted item, we will either refuse the delivery or return it at the customer's expense. No refund will be issued.
