Refund policy

Returns

In the unlikely event there is any problem with your order, notify us at hello@luxeisle.com within 48 hours of receipt. Any claims made after this time may not be eligible for refund, return or exchange.  Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused,  in the same condition that you received it. All replacement embellishment packets attached to garment (if applicable) must also be unaltered.  Any items with obvious signs of wear, damage, alteration or improper care are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If the requirements have been met we will issue a Return Authorization Number and email you with a confirmation along with the instructions for your return. All returns require tracking notification and insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is sent without proper packaging, insurance and tracking services.

We accept Authorized Returns that are shipped within 10 days from receipt. The cut-off date for your item to be approved and received must be within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery arrival as stated on the shipper's tracking page. 

Please note: These garments are made of delicate fabrics with elaborate embellishments and they require careful handling and storage. We can not be responsible for damage to items that have not been cared for properly. Please read all labeling when cleaning your garments. Dry cleaning is recommended or as indicated on the garment labels. If you are unsure or there is not laundering information on the garment, please reach out to us via Messenger option at bottom right of our website or send an email to hello@luxeisle.com.

Refunds
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you along with the status of your return.  If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the specified number of days determined by your bank.

Late or missing refunds
Most refunds are processed on the day they are received and notification has been sent but can take between 7-14 days for the money to appear in your account. Check your bank account activity for the last 7 days. Then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

Closeout Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately closeout sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges
The products at LuxeIsle.com are limited edition designs and produced in small quantities. Due to these limited quantities, a like exchange may not always be available. We will do our best to replace with the same item, however if this is not possible, we will send a selection of replacement options for your choosing via email.

Exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis. If you need to exchange your items for any reason, please send us an email hello@luxeisle.com. We will confirm with a Return Authorization if conditions for exchange have been met.

With some exception (prior approval & authorization by LUXEISLE) you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gifts
Special consideration for gift items will only be made if your order is specified as a gift at the time of purchase. Notation must be made in the comment area on the checkout page.
